Required Forms and Information for ColoLAVAGE Prep

Prior to scheduling your ColoLAVAGE appointment, you will need to contact your GI doctor to request the low volume alternative prep (ColoLAVAGE). If your doctor is not familiar with the alternative prep, I will be happy to work with your doctors office to educate them on the benefits of ColoLAVAGE.

Please contact our office for instructions on how to prepare for your ColoLAVAGE session and if you'd like assistance coordinating your ColoLAVAGE session with your GI doctors office.

Once you've been given the approval by the Gastroenterologist's office, you will need to schedule your colon hydrotherapy session. If your colonoscopy exam is scheduled at 11:30 am or later, your colon hydrotherapy session can be scheduled on the same day as your colonoscopy.  If your exam is scheduled before 11:30 am, your colon hydrotherapy session will need to be scheduled the afternoon before.  It is best to schedule your colonoscopy exam for 11:30 am or later to ensure an optimal bowel preparation.

To schedule your ColoLAVAGEsm colon hydrotherapy appointment, please call or text Annette at 585-209-9109 or send an email  Please make arrangements at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure that the time slot that you will need is available.   The colon hydrotherapy session can take up to 2 hours to complete so please plan accordingly.​

Cancellation/ No Show Policy  
We understand that everyone occasionally has something that prevents them from coming to their scheduled appointment. We recognize that your time is important and hope that you understand that our time is important too.  We have a 24 hour cancellation policy so that if you find that you are unable to keep your appointment, we can offer your time slot to others. Missed appointments or canceling an appointment without 24 hours notice will result in a fee of up to 50% of the cost of the service.  Please note that for new client appointments we do require a deposit to reserve your appointment time. We reserve the right to keep the deposit if you don't come for your appointment or fail to give sufficient notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If you cancel an appointment in which you paid a deposit and provide more than 24 hours notice, you will receive a refund for your deposit minus a 3% transaction fee. Deposits can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if at least 24 hours notice was provided for the rescheduled appointment. You may use a different form of payment at the time of service for the remainder of the cost of the service.
